Returns
Returns are possible within 14 days of the date of receipt. Returned items will only be accepted if they are unused and in the complete original packaging.

Please indicate the reason for return on the return form. Put the return form in the package. If you have any comments, please include them on the return form. Place the address label on the package.

 

Return form
In the package, you will find an invoice, a return label and a return form. Lost the return form? Download the return form via this link.

 

Return costs
The costs of the return are at your own expense. You can return the package by bringing it to the post office or have it picked up by Returnista wherever and whenever you like.

 

Post office
Return the package to a nearby post office. Once we have processed your return and the shipment has been approved, we will refund the amount within 10 business days to the same account that was used to make the purchase. You will receive an e-mail confirmation. On the statement you will find the name: EsQualo Official Webshop.

 

Returnista
You can also return the package via Returnista. This allows you to have the package picked whenever and wherever you want. Schedule your pick-up at: https://esqualo.nl/returnista. As soon as we have processed your return and the shipment has been approved, we will refund the amount within 10 business days to the same account that was used to make the purchase. On the statement you will find the name: EsQualo Official Webshop.

 

Returns under €49.95
For orders over €79.95 we will cover €6.95 shipping costs to your address. Please note that we will charge these costs if the value of the returned items is less than €49.95.

 

Incorrect or damaged items
Did you receive an incorrect or damaged item? Please contact our customer service team by calling: +31 79-3030350 or e-mailing: klantenservice@esqualo.com. Our customer service team is available from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:30. We can also be reached via the chat function on the website.

 

EXCHANGES

Exchanging an item
We do not allow for direct exchanges. Please place a new order. The unwanted item can be returned by following the steps on the return form.
