1. Register Return
Click on the button below to register your return. Select the items you want to return and choose the desired return method. Please note! You have 14 days to report your return.

2. Repackaging
Put the items (and the packing list) back in their original packaging and box. If you return the entire order, we kindly ask you to also return the free goodie too. Otherwise we are forced to charge the retail price. Add the return ticket on the package. Do not forget to remove the old shipping ticket.

3. Shipment / Collection
Depending on the return method you have chosen, you can either drop off the parcel at the post office or have it picked up. You have 3 working days to do so.

4. Processing
Once the package is delivered, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. Within 10 working days your return will be processed and refunded. You will be refunded via the payment method used for your purchase.
The return costs are for your own account.
We use the following costs:
- Delivery by DHL Netherlands: € 6.95 per order.
- Delivery by DHL Belgium: € 9.95 per order.
- Delivery by DHL Germany: € 9.95 per order.
- Delivery by DHL United Kingdom: €14.95 per order.
- Other EU countries: €14.95 per order.
A shipment outside Europe is also possible. These packages are shipped with DHL Express.
Once you enter the foreign address in the payment screen, the rate for that country is automatically calculated.
Note:
For orders over €79.95 we do not charge shipping costs.
If the returned items of this order are under €49,95 we will still charge the shipping costs of €6,95 to you.
The return costs of your order are always for your own account.
