Returns

How do I return (part of) my order?
  • 1. Register Return

    Click on the button below to register your return. Select the items you want to return and choose the desired return method. Print the return label. Please note! You have 14 days to report your return.

  • 2. Repackaging

    Put the items and the packing list back in their original packaging. Add the return ticket on the package. Do not forget to remove the old shipping ticket.

  • 3. Shipment / Collection

    Depending on the return method you have chosen, you can either drop off the parcel at the post office or have it picked up. You have 3 working days to do so. Keep the shipping receipt well.

  • 4. Processing

    Once the package is delivered, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. Within 14 working days your return will be processed and refunded. You will be refunded via the payment method used for your purchase.

Return application



We only accept items in original packaging, unused and in good condition. Including price tag and labels.

Items with stains and/or damage will not be accepted for return.

If you would like to receive a different size, color or item, please place a new order on the webshop.

Note:
If the order amount minus the returned items are under €49,95 we will charge the shipping costs of €4,95 to you.
The return costs of your order are always for your own account.
