You can shop safely and reliably on our webshop. Your order can be completed with the following payment methods:
Pay by credit card
You can pay for the order with the following credit cards: VISA, eMaestro and MasterCard. To protect your data, it is sent fully encrypted via SSL servers. This data is therefore secured. The payment is authorised at the time of the order. However, the amount will only be debited from your account after the order has been delivered.
If it is not possible to deliver the entire order, then only the amount of the items that have been delivered will be debited.
With PayPal, you can complete the order quickly and free of charge, at home and abroad. To pay with PayPal, you must first create an account and link your payment card. This can be done via the PayPal website. During the checkout at the webshop, you can follow the steps in the familiar environment of PayPal. The order will be processed immediately after payment.
The order will be delivered by DHL within 1-3 working days. For an international shipment, it can take 3-5 working days. As soon as we have sent the order, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail, which contains the DHL track & trace code.
We apply the following costs:
- Delivery via DHL Netherlands: €6,95 per order
- Delivery via DHL Belgium: €9,95 per order
- Delivery via DHL Germany: €9,95 per order
- Delivery via DHL United Kingdom €14,95 per order
- Other EU countries: €14,95 per order
Shipping outside Europe is also possible. These packages are shipped with DHL Express. As soon as you enter the foreign address in the payment screen, the rate for the relevant country is automatically calculated.
DHL delivers the packages from Monday to Saturday. If you are not at home the first time, DHL will deliver the package again the next working day. If the package cannot be delivered both times, you will receive a card in your mailbox with a delivery code on it. With this code, you can select a new delivery time via the DHL website. The package can also be delivered at a DHL point or at the neighbours, where you have to pick up the package yourself.
We constantly monitor our online assortment with the greatest possible care. For the delivery of your order, we depend on several factors. In exceptional cases, during the processing of the order, it may appear that the ordered product is no longer in stock or does not meet the quality requirements set by us. In this case, the purchase price of the item (including shipping costs) will be credited.
