If the total amount of your order is € 79.95 or more, shipping is free. If the total amount is less than € 79.95, we apply the following costs:

1. Delivery via DHL Netherlands: €6,95 per order
2. Delivery via DHL Belgium: €9,95 per order
3. Delivery via DHL Germany: €9,95 per order
4. Other EU countries: €14,95 per order

The packages are delivered by DHL. You can follow the order via DHL's Track and Trace

Yes, as soon as you enter the foreign address in the payment screen, the rate for the relevant country is automatically calculated.

You can count on 1-3 business days delivery time. As soon as the order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a Track & Trace from DHL. If you are unsure whether your order will arrive, please contact our customer service.

In exceptional cases, your package may have been delayed. Always first check the DHL Track and Trace to see where your package is. If there is no data available or you get an error message, then please contact our customer service.

You can follow your package from the moment the driver has registered the route. It can take up to 12 hours for the code to work.
