The purchase amount will be refunded into your account within 10 working days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail when your return is processed and refunded. The refund will be made under the name: EsQualo Official Webshop.

The items purchased through the EsQualo webshop can only be returned to the address stated on the return label. Items purchased in the EsQualo Partner Store can only be returned to the relevant store.
For orders above € 79.95, we will reimburse the shipping costs worth € 6.95 to your address. We would like to point out that we charge these costs when the value of the returned items falls below € 49.95.
