Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange your items free of charge. We ask you to reorder the desired new item via the webshop and return your "old" item according to our return process.
The items purchased through the EsQualo webshop can only be returned to the webshop. Items purchased in the EsQualo Partner Store can only be returned to the relevant store.
For orders above € 79.95, we will reimburse the shipping costs worth € 6.95 to your address (For NL). We would like to point out that we charge these costs when the value of the order minus returned items falls below € 49.95.
